Message in a bottle~

it seems ages since i last wrote something in my blog...haha!!miss my blog....;p
okay..enough me talking here..today i would like to share a book by Nicholas Spark title 'Message in a Bottle'...
1st..what i like about this book is..the way Nicholas start to do the introduction..such a classic way.nice~
basically...it is not a story about finding a message in a bottle but it is actually..how things work and started because of a message in a bottle...like other nicholas's novels...it does not have a happy ending..but if you read it..then you will definitely love it!!~
read it!!~
no words can describe how good this book is..;p

Shopaholic & Sister~

Shopaholic n sister..i'll bet..most of you girls..have read it...nice book!!
I love rebecca bloomwood@becky..but most of all..i'm in love with luke brandon...lol~
He is a guy..who put up career ahead of everything..but deep down..he do really care about becky..in fact he loves becky!!
what I like about this book is how..becky cope with her problem in her married life..and how she try to handle things between her and her new sister jess..the thing is..she is the total opposite of jess..whereby..becky is a lot like me..love to shops..(but she is absolutely much more crazy than me of course)..and jess..she is an academical person..she loves gadgets..computers stuff..in love with science..and she doesn't like to waste money..which as we all know..becky loves to waste money..haha!!
This book also teach me a lot by the way...in term of the relationship between luke and becky..where i can see that..we always expect thing to be the same before we get married and after married..but..the truth is, life turn out differently..before married..you are an individual with a little responsibilities..and you can have your own space..but once you get married, life is about sharing. You can't keep secret, you must learn to be open, learn to give and take, learn to be an understanding person, and most of all you have to learn to accept the real he/she. It doesn't mean once you married, you does not even own a life, it is just that we have to learn to compromise with each other.
By the way, when it come to a relationship, it is always the same. No matter with families, friends and love ones...it is all about understanding, compromising and love. I guess when you love someone so much, you will learn to accept everything right??
So, for those who haven't read it yet..Go read it dear..It is fun, funny, exciting, sad a bit but overall..it is so good!!

How to make a HOME MADE Chocolate~

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Roast the cocoa beans in the oven or in a coffee roaster. The beans should be roasted between 5 and 35 minutes, at a temperature between 250 and 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Begin roasting the beans at the hottest temperature, gradually reducing the heat until the beans begin to crack. The cracking sound indicates the roasting is complete.

  2. Step 2

Shell the cocoa beans by removing the husk (outer shell) from the nib (actual bean). This process can be time consuming, since the most effective way is by hand, and is easier if the beans are roasted properly.

  3. Step 3

Grind the shelled beans until they become a fine chocolate liqueur. Some juicers work well for this process; otherwise it must be done by hand and can be rather messy.

  4. Step 4

Add cocoa butter, sugar and milk, if you’d like. Every chocolate maker uses a different recipe, so this step allows for some experimenting. Start by adding very little milk and cocoa butter.

  5. Step 5

Fold the chocolate continually upon itself. This is called conching, and the longer it is done, the oilier the chocolate finish will be. (The less it is done, the grittier the chocolate will turn out.) This may need to be done for hours for a smoother finish.

  6. Step 6

Cool the chocolate to about 90 degrees Fahrenheit and pour it into the desired mold. Use a mold to make bars or other shapes.

Try it!!!!~
