Here are some tips that can improve your results and help you get a flat tummy faster.
- Weight training is indeed what will get you the flat tummy you want but if you combine it with cardio training (at least 3 times a week) you will really boost your metabolism and get maximum fat burning.
- Eat 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
- Drink plenty of water - it is needed for your body organs to function properly and burn fat effectively. Water is a must especially when you are physically active.
- Think fiber. Avoid white bread, pastas, and white rice. Instead, choose natural, complex carbohydrates such as vegetables, oatmeal, beans, brown rice and whole grains.
- Eat foods that are rich of quality lean protein with each meal. Protein is really good for burning fat.
