Serius my dear frens...bukan ku pinta jadi kecil sebegini..huhu!!Actually..I do eat a lot..like today for example...morning..I ate n.lemak ikan bilis ok..(super sedap!!)then lunch hour...saya mkn MCD ok..Spicy Chicken Mcdeluxe lg you...malam??Ooo...since dah balik duduk with family...sy dah xreti nk skip dinner kot..huhu~Love foods sgt2...
- keep eating syg2 ku sekalian..don't stop..just becareful with carbohydrates..take less rice/bread...
- Ooo...to have a flat tummy..drink water before and after u eat..time mkn..elakkan minum air..
- Please don't be pemalas dear frens...byk kan berjln...or naik tangga..
- Lg satu try to work out a bit..buat sit up at least..perhaps before u sleep buat dlm 30 sit up??joging pon okay jgk...
- In term of eating...my habit is that once satu hari tu cam dah mkn mcm org gila..so the next day...I will skip rice..take bread instead...
- I do know...when it comes to diet..tak semua org mampu rite..especially if da terbiasa mkn byk2..n always nk mkn dan mkn je kan..so my advice is...don't take rice..take soup instead..it can be soup sayur/mee soup/mushroom soup pn ok..as long it'll make us kenyang!!~
Saya pon takut jd fat ok...serius..mmg sgt concern when it comes to berat badan ni...dulu disebabkan oleh tak mau jd fat, what did I do??
- Saya skip dinner always....
- eat lots n lots of makanan berkuah...jarang mkn nasi..only eat rice during weekends jer..
- selalu sgt sit up..every nite ok...
Tapi sekarang saya sudah tidak diet2 lagi...why??sbb I was admitted to hospital ok..sbb nk kurus...hehe!!~So please la kwn2 ku yg disayangi..if u want 2 diet...please proceed..but do make it betul2..jgn sampai xmkn langsung...drink lots n lots of water...if tak mau langsung take any carbo..please do take lots of protein like chicken...Oooo..ya..before terlupa..elakkan red meat!!take white meat okay...hehe!!
